• Website visitor data: pages visited, time on page, referring source, approximate location (city-level), device and browser type. Collected via Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization) and Google Tag Manager for tag deployment.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
• To deliver, support, and improve client projects.
• To send transactional emails (quote confirmations, project updates, invoices).

Third-party services

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate the site:

• Hosting and database: Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure).
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymized website analytics, deployed via Google Tag Manager.
• HubSpot CRM — contact form, quote request, and consultation request data is synced to HubSpot so we can respond to and manage your inquiry.
• Payments: Stripe — for secure invoicing and subscriptions.
• Email delivery: transactional email provider for confirmations and notifications.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell or rent your information.

Data retention

We retain inquiry and client data for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Security
